The practice of AcroYoga can be both therapeutic and playful!!

With these two sides of partner work, we work with another person (and sometimes three or four) to support each others body weight with counter balances and bone stacking, building strength, range of motion, trust, communication, and connection, while opening opportunity to creatively create sequences that connect these paired poses in flight.

Time will be dedicated first towards individual inversion drills which are essential in building skills and alignment for many parts of the partner practice. This will include headstands, forearm stands, and especially handstands.

When exploring the more therapeutic side of the practice (otherwise referred to as flying therapeutics or "Thai fly") and floor Thai massage sequences, we can also provide a greater physical release through the entire body that may not be achievable alone.

This practice is not only for yogis, but anyone with a playful side interested in exploring physics, biomechanics and or human interaction.

No experience, nor partner is needed!

We encourage that if you come with a friend that you are open to working with everyone.This is a community building practice!
