Quest for the Press Workshop with Danielle Gianelos 

Are handstand presses something you believed are only for the most advanced practitioners? With the proper skills and dedication you will be able to take your handstand fantasy to reality. Anatomical cues and drills will be given to help you work towards your goals of floating. Pressing into handstand (or any inversion) is a humbling process, so don’t bring any expectations, just some playfulness and an open mind. You do not need to have a handstand practice, but it is recommended that you can hold your bodyweight on your hands with or without a wall. Bring a notebook and a pair of socks.
