Breathwork is an inner journey. You will learn the breath pattern and feel how using breath alone you can access different parts of yourself, your deeper self, and emotional body. It can be cathartic, illuminating, blissful. It will defintetly be a reboot, so come ready to transform! Luke will lead the group through an opening circle, the active breathwork, and a period of deep relaxation.
This workshop will begin with an introduction to CBD by expert Josh Blanco, followed by movement with Tee, a sampling of True to Life's full spectrum CBD, movement and relaxation after to notice the effects. We will finish with an herbal tea sweetened with CBD infused honey, time to share your experience and ask questions.
Yoga for young athletes can be a great addition to a training regiment for basketball, baseball, football, volleyball and more. Build strength, enhance balance and increase flexibility. Integrate a variety of mind body practices to support the “mindful athlete” such as breath awareness, yoga-based movement and visualizations. Dani Gianelos is a yoga Instructor, School teacher, and youth coach who designed this program after seeing the need for our young athletes.
This 5 day (Monday-Friday) summer camp program for children ages 6-9 will explore music, art, and yoga. Each session is 2-4pm. As a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and a music teacher, who has 20 years in the music classroom, Jen Hardy-Wiessel is well equipped with tools for both music and yoga to allow children to explore.

The Bhagavad Gita is part of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. It is the dialog between Krishna and Arjuna on the eve of a mighty battle. Through this dialog, Krishna explains to Arjuna how to perceive and understand the struggles of life and how to rise to a higher understanding of truth and action. The metaphor of the battle allows Krishna to expound on the traditional yogic ideas and Samkyha philosophy which include love, devotion, work, meditation, and sacred duty.
