Summer Morning Meditation and Journaling Workshop

Enjoy the peace of beautiful Manasquan Reservoir as we spend the morning walking, stretching, meditating and writing! Tune into nature as you combine movement and writing exercises designed to heighten your awareness of the beauty around you! Join yoga teacher, runner and artist/writer Suzanne Rogalsky as she guides you through a beautiful, relaxing summer morning! If you have ever wanted to start or enhance your journalling practice, this is the ideal workshop for you! Learn some techniques to fill those blank pages with words and images that will beautify the page while quieting your mind. Please bring a small bag you can carry with water, a notebook or blank paper, a writing instrument and a towel. Accompanied children 12 and over are welcome.
