The physical practice drew Danielle into yoga, but it’s the spiritual side that has kept her practicing. Danielle found yoga at a time in her life when things seemed to be falling apart. The calmness she was able to cultivate during her practice began to carry into her life, and she knew right away she wanted to share yoga with others. She has found meditation and movement as a way to calm her busy mind and ease anxiety. Danielle hopes to share the healing powers of yoga, empower others to love themselves just the way they are, and have fun in their practice. Expect a strong, playful flow with lots of smiles, sweat, and movement to allow growth both mentally and physically. Danielle is a proud Bodhi Academy 200 hour yoga teacher graduate, devoted mother to her two boys, and a middle school science teacher.
